Well now that i've shown you the worst anime themes have to offer, how about now we hear the BEST?

Escaflowne
the opening theme song is a VAST difference from its counterpart of the ending theme song. the opening theme song for this show is on constant loop on my computer, and i know most of the words, despite the fact that the song's in japanese. just the vocals, the cool entrance, the great pictures, and the memorable words, i can't ever think of anything beathing this theme. so the theme for escaflowne's DEFINITLEY my favorite. |

Happy Lesson
to some degree, this song is more catchy than escaflowne's. whenever i'm at my sister's, i play this song over and over again and it's starting to drive her nuts. from the EXTREMELY cathcy lyrics (once again, i know the japanese lyrics) to the melody, the vocalist they picked, and the introduction of the characters, "Telescope" is a song not to be missed. if you're like most of the world out there and haven't seen it, GO OUT AND SEE HAPPY LESSON! a great theme song followed by a great show. |

Fruits Basket
ahh... fruits basket, my second favorite show ever. i love this show, and to my great delight, even the THEME SONG is completely wonderful. a short, but delightful song called "for fruits basket", the first verse was translated into english for a nice opening. It's slow, has beautiful words, and the vocalist is wonderful. in all, it's a wonderful opening to a wonderful show |

Oh My Goddess
of course, how can we possibly forget the best anime show ever made? oh my goddess, the greatest show out there HAS to have a great theme song! "my heart your heart" lives up to its end of the bargain. With great lyrics, tune, and vocals, there's no way to DISLIKE this song. it's a song that makes you want to go up and glomp an anime character. (lol) i highly recommend this to anyone with ears. |

Love Hina
One of the weirdest anime themes i've ever heard, it has to get a spot in this lineup just because of how WEIRD it is. it's like a techno theme song. i like it A LOT and constantly play it very loudly scaring other people in my dorm building. (haha) anyway, i just can't enough song and without my knowledge start bopping my head to it. so this is also one you should check out.

Inuyasha (Ending #2)
For you inuyasha fans out there that have been constantly nagging me with the "do you like ANYTHING inuyasha?" and "HOW CAN YOU HATE "MY WILL"? well...simple, it's a BAD SONG. but yes, by poplar demand, here's brandon's FAVORITE inuyasha song, "deep forest" inuyasha ending #2. i enjoy the fact that it's slow but not too slow. i enjoy the guitar strumming in the background, and the woman singing alto. as well as the fact that it has NOTHING to do with inuyasha and it focuses on sesshomaru and jaken, a nice change of pace from the norm. it's probably THE ONLY inuyasha ending song i enjoy. i don't like ANY others, but, here you go, brandon's favorite inuyasha theme. |

KO Beast
and last but not least, the theme from KO beast. a little known show most people have never heard of. it's a bit older but has some of your favorite voice actors, rachel lillis, lisa ortiz, liam o'brien, and a bunch of others from comic party. the song "bomber love" brings us into the show itself. another EXTREMELY catchy song i find myself putting on repeat a lot. and yes, this theme song actually DOES include nudity oddly enough.... but that's besides the point. the show, though short, i find to be great, while the theme song itself is superb. so for the last spot in my BEST theme song page, "bomber love" has to take it. |
